To be able to request repeat medication on line you will need to register for Patient Access. Registering for Patient Access will mean that you will also be able to see information in your medical record such as test results, scanned documents, consultation notes etc. If you call in the surgery or ask at your next appointment we will print out a PIN document that you can use to register. Please bring one photo ID and one address ID. Please note this only applies to age 16yrs and above and the PIN document has to be given personally to the patient concerned.

Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account. If you have nominated a pharmacy you should collect your medication from that pharmacy after the 48hrs.
