IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REQUESTING REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
We would like all requests for medication to come via an email or 'patient access' request. (please register for patient access, talk to our patient advisors at reception)
Whilst we are dealing with the COVID infection, it is acceptable to telephone your medication rests through (though be aware, experience shows this is prone to errors as many of the drug names are difficult to pronounce)
What you need to get patient access.
- Valid form of ID (without this you won’t be able to set up an account)
- Pre-set up personal email (without this you won’t be able to set up an account)
- Smartphone (required only if you intend to use the mobile app)
