To request a routine appointment, either:
- Use the NHS app service.
- Use the online form
We will respond within normal working hours. We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm.

Cancelling or changing an appointment
Use the NHS app service or call 0161 303 7200 or visit the surgery to cancel or change an appointment.
Home Visits
We want patients to visit the surgery where we have all the right tools, but we know it’s not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us completing our online form. You can ask for a home visit if you can’t leave your house or are too sick to come in. The doctor will decide if you need a visit and how quickly. Be ready to give details about your problem. Someone from the practice will call you.
