Do you have a cough, cold or sore throat?

There are some particularly unpleasant infections going round at the moment causing a prolonged cough. If you are considering asking for help from the practice for a cough, cold or sore throat please could you watch this video before deciding whether to submit your on line form. This would be a huge help to the doctors and nurses who are struggling to manage the high demand for care.
