    Please phone 0161 922 6159 between 13:30 - 17:00 to arrange your first BOOKING appointment with the midwife. Alternatively you can self-refer to Tameside via CMWBookings@tgh.nhs.uk (please include all your details, along with your NHS number and date of your last menstrual period).

    Please make sure you are taking Folic acid and Vitamin D during your pregnancy. This is available from www.healthystart.nhs.uk/getting-vitamins or ask your pharmacist.

    If you take prescription medication, please phone the practice on 0161 303 7200 to discuss the safety of your medication with a GP
